Organizing experience exchange meetings, holding technical lectures, carrying out personnel training.

Ⅴ. Entrusted by the competent department of the industry, organizing the selection activities of the technical equipment engineering of the aviation industry, recommending the excellent units for the management of the technical equipment, and evaluating the excellent achievements and papers. 

Ⅵ. Providing advisory services in the area of aviation technology and equipment. Communicating the lack of information of technical equipment, organizing cooperation and adjusting, giving full play to the role of technical equipment. 

Ⅶ. Compiling and publishing information journals on the engineering of aeronautical technology and equipment, introducing advanced experiences and technical achievements at home and abroad. 

Ⅷ. Organizing the development and promotion of new technologies in the repair, refinement and technical transformation of existing aero-technical equipment, and improving the utilization rate of aero-technical equipment. 

Ⅸ. Strengthening non-governmental exchanges with international counterparts or academic groups, participating in academic activities in aviation technology and equipment, attracting and exchanging advanced foreign technologies. 

Ⅹ. Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of members, actively reflecting their opinions and making suggestions to the relevant departments.
