Notice of Association Membership
Article 1 The members of CATEA are unit members and individual members.
Article 2 Those who support the constitution of CATEA and meet the following conditions may apply to join the association voluntarily:
Ⅰ. Having the will to join the association.
Ⅱ. Having certain influence in the field of business of the association.
Ⅲ. The members of the unit should be enterprises, institutions and organizations engaged in the research, manufacture, application, maintenance, management and technical transformation of aviation technology and equipment, individual members should be eminent persons, experts and scholars who care about and support the engineering of aeronautical technology and equipment.
Article 3 The procedures for membership are:
Ⅰ. Submitting the application for membership.
Ⅱ. Submitting relevant supporting materials, including:
ⅰ. Certification materials for aeronautical equipment research, manufacturing, application, maintenance, etc.
ⅱ. Proving materials with certain influence in the field of aviation technical equipment business.
Ⅲ. The application should be discussed and approved by the Council.
Ⅳ. The membership card should be issued and announced by CATEA.
Article 4 Members enjoying the following rights:
Ⅰ. The right to vote and to be elected.
Ⅱ. The right to know about the work of CATEA, to suggest and supervise the work of the Association.
Ⅲ. The right to participate in the activities of CATEA.
Ⅳ. The right to participate in the activities of CATEA and obtain priority of its services.
Ⅴ. Withdraw from CATEA freely.
Article 5 Members shoud fulfil the following obligations:
Ⅰ. Abiding by the rules and regulations of CATEA.
Ⅱ. Implementing the resolutions of CATEA.
Ⅲ. Paying membership dues according to regulations.
Ⅳ. Safeguarding the lawful rights and interests of CATEA.
Ⅴ. Reflecting the situations and providing relevant informations.
Article 6 Members should inform us in writing and return the membership card if withdraw from CATEA.
Article 7 A member should automatically be disqualified if:
Ⅰ. 2 years of non-payment of membership dues.
Ⅱ. 2 years not required to participate in the activities of CATEA.
Ⅲ. No longer eligible for membership.
Ⅳ. Lost the civil capacity.
Ⅴ. Individual members that are denied political rights.
Article 8 When a member withdraws, automatically disqualifies from membership or has been removed from the membership, he or she should terminate his or her corresponding duties, rights and obligations in CATEA.
Article 9 CATEA maintains a membership register to record the membership information. In case of any change in the status of members, the roster of members should be amended in time and announced to the members.
